Tillandsia roseoscapa is a silver air plant with thick, upright growth. Its silvery green leaves may blush blue to pink when grown under high light. As the leaves become longer and mature, they may curl downward, reminiscent of a xerographica.

This species has the potential grow very large! Sizes are measured in diameter.
